Definition

The helping verb (auxiliary verb) does not have any action this verb only supports the main verb.

Note:-

When no work is done in a sentence, it is called the helping verb.
When we speak any sentence in the English language we need to help with the main verb of the sentence.

 

It is also called an auxiliary verb.

Present Indefinite Sentence
She plays football.
